Basic application requirements:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution for the upcoming academic year.
- Reside in a community near TC Energy’s operations or projects.
- Be a citizen or permanent resident of Canada, the U.S., or Mexico.

Applying is a two-step process that must be completed through the TC Energy Scholarship Portal.
Applicants for the Indigenous Legacy Scholarship must provide proof of ancestry, such as a Tribal Membership ID or official documentation.
