The Manitoba Canola Growers Association represents the approximately 7500 farmers in the province that grow canola. Their $1,000 scholarships are available to students who are from a farm that is a member of the Manitoba Canola Growers Association and are planning to attend post secondary education in any field within two years of graduating.

The Manitoba Canola Growers Scholarship Program is available to Manitoba high school students who are enrolled in their final year of high school and eligible to graduate in 2025.
Those eligible for a scholarship must live on, work for or have guardians that work for a farm that is a member of Manitoba Canola Growers Association.
Manitoba Canola Growers recognizes that people from a variety of educational faculties contribute to the success of the agriculture industry. For that reason the program is open to all post-secondary programs.
All submissions must include the following to be considered:
- Complete Application Form (typed or printed)
- Two Reference Letters
- University/College Acceptance Letter
- Working Copy of High School Transcript
- Essay
- Grad Photo of Yourself
Successful applicants will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship based on academics, canola connection,
school and community involvement, and essay submission. An independent scholarship review
panel will make the selection.
The scholarship must be used in the two years following high school graduation.
