The Pipe Line Contractors Association of Canada has established a program for students whose parent or guardian is employed with a company who is a member or partner of the Pipe Line Contractors Association of Canada and who plan to continue their education at a college or university. Awards are offered each year for full-time study at a recognized Canadian accredited postsecondary institution of the student’s choice.

Applicants to the Pipe Line Contractors Association of Canada Student Award Program must be:
- A child of or ward of a person whose principal income is derived from the pipeline construction industry.
- The parent or guardian of the applicant must be employed by a company who is a member or partner of the Pipe Line Contractors Association of Canada.
- High school seniors/students in their final year of upper or higher secondary school, graduates, current technical or college/university undergraduate students or graduate level students who plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate or graduate study at a recognized Canadian two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year.
As part of your application, you must upload the following documents:
- A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display:
- Student name
- School name
- Grades
- Credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.
Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of:
- Academic performance
- Demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities
- Work experience
- Statement of career, educational goals and objectives
- Unusual personal or family circumstances
- An online recommendation
Deadline to apply: October 15, 2024 3:00 pm Central Time.
One online recommendation form must be submitted on your behalf no later than October 18, 2024 3:00 pm CT.
